Annual general meeting of shareholders of Transstroymost JSC (Kazakhstan) is postponing to August 6, 2007

/KASE, July 4, 07/ - Trasstroymost JSC (Almaty region, further - company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had informed KASE by the official letter that annual general meeting of shareholders, stated on June 29, 2007 did not take place due to quorum absence. The meeting takes place on August 6, 2007 at 16:00 with next agenda: - Report of the executive body; - Confirmation of annual financial statement for year 2006; - Distribution of company's net income for year 2006; - About dividends by results of activities for year 2006; - About addressing of shareholders. The future meeting will be held at: conference hall, industrial zone, Kapshagay city. Registration of shareholders starts at 15:30. List of shareholders, having the right on participation will be compiled as of July 20, 2007.
