KZ1C00050019 (KMSO) common shares of Kommesk-Omir JSC (Kazakhstan) have passed through the listing procedure on KASE under "B" category

/KASE, June 29, 07/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated June 28 of 2007 common shares KZ1C00050019 of Kommesk-Omir JSC (Almaty, further - company) have been included in KASE's official "B" listing category under KMSO symbol. Date, on which the decision will take effect, will be announced later after the issuer pays the listing fees for these securities. It will be announced additionally about opening of trades on KASE as well. For the period since year 1992 - 2000 by the company was made 5 issues of shares, from which first four issues of shares were annulled while registration of fifth issue of company's shares. On November 18, 2004 Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) had registered the issue of announced shares of the company, which consisted form 40,800 common shares (including shares of fifth issue). In connection with change of structure of announced shares of the company on March 2, 2007 AFS had registered the issue of announced shares of the company, which consists from 122,400 common shares. Increasing of amount of announced shares of the company was made by breaking of 40,800 offered common shares in proportion of 1:3. Issue of announced shares of the company is included into State register of securities under number A0005. As of April 1, 2007 119,025 shares were offered, volume of offering made KZT294,375 th. S.A.S. JSC were offered. According to charter of the company decision about payment of dividends on its common shares and size of dividends per one share is accepting by general meeting of shareholders. Company's register system of shareholders is maintaining by Register-Center JSC (Almaty). Tsesna Capital JSC (Almaty) acts as financial consultant of the issuer while introduction of its shares to the organize market.
