/KASE, June 22, 07/ - Company KAZAKHMYS PLC (London), common
shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category
"A" official list had informed KASE about prolongation of suggestion to the
company Eurasia Gold Inc.
According to message the company had prolonged its suggestion about
purchasing of 100% common shares of company Eurasia Gold Inc. dated
May 15, 2007. The suggestion is opened till 17:00 (time of Toronto) of July 4,
2007, if only it won't be prolonged or recalled.
