Kazkommertsbank JSC and three companies else are interested in purchasing of Oyak Bank

/REUTERS, Istanbul, June 7, 07/ - Private investment company Texas Pacific, Holland bank ING, Italian Intesa Sanpaolo and Kazkomemrtsbank are interested in purchasing of Turkish Oyak Bank, informed the sources, close to situation. Oyak Bank takes the ninth place among Turkish banks and is one of the last abilities to enter the rapidly growing Turkish market of banking services. "Kazkommertsbank, ING, Texas Pacific Group and Intesa Sanpaolo are interested in bank", - told one of the sources. Representatives of Oyak refused to comment the information, as well as adviser of Turkish bank and ING - Morgan Stanley. Representative of TPG also refused to comment the situation. Managing director of Kazkommertsbank Andrey Timchenko refused to comment the possible suggestion about purchase of Oyak last week, and Intesa Sanpaolo confirmed the plans of bid application.
