/IRBIS, Dinara Mukasheva, June 6, 06/ - ASTEL JSC (Almaty) within listing
requirements, has presented to Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) the
financial statements for first quarter of year 2007 (the similar indicator for
2006 is given in parentheses).
According to the presented data, in the indicated period the company's net
income was KZT50.8 m. (KZT23.2 m.)
According to data of ASTEL JSC income from sale of ready products
(goods, works and services) for the first quarter of year 2007 totaled
KZT692.1 m. (KZT564.9 m.) at its costs of KZT516.7 m. (KZT417.7 m.)
Assets of the company as of March 31, 2007 totaled KZT2,902.4 m. in
comparison with KZT2,044.0 m. as of same period of year 2006.
Shareholders' equity of the company as of March 31, 2007 reached
KZT1,636.2 m., compared to KZT1,097.6 m. as of March 31, 2006.
Authorized capital did not change and totaled KZT226.0 m.
