According to the excerpt the total amount of announced and offered common shares of KazAgrofinance JSC made 28,825,591, as of pointed date all shares were in nominal holding of Central depositary of securities JSC (Almaty), according to data of which the owner of 100% shares is National holding KazAgro JSC (Astana).
