/KASE, May 25, 07/ - Transstroymost JSC (Almaty region, further - company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had informed KASE by the official letter that on June 29, 2007 at 16:00 of the local time takes place the annual general meeting of its shareholders with the next agenda: - Report of executive body; - Confirmation of annual financial statement for year 2006; - Distribution of net income of the company for year 2006; - About dividends by results of work in year 2006; - About addressing of shareholders The future meeting will be held at the address: conference hall, industrial zone, Kapshagay. Registration of participants starts since 15:30. List of shareholders having the rights on participation in the meeting will be complied as of June 15, 2007.
