/IRBIS, Raushan Tundybaeva, May 10, 07/ - BTA ORIX Leasing JSC
(Almaty), within listing requirements, has presented Kazakhstan stock
exchange (KASE) its audited financial statements for year 2006. The audit
was made by Ernst and Yong LLC (Almaty) in compliance with international
auditing standards. Similar indicators for year 2005 are given in
parentheses.
According to the presented data, the company's net profit for year 2006
totaled KZT276.0 m. and increased by KZT143.0 m. (KZT133.0 m.) in
comparison with year 2005.
According to audit revenues concerned with receipt of interest on financial
leasing last year totaled KZT821.2 m. (KZT763.5 m.), while expenditures on
interest payment were KZT335.2 m. (KZT336.9 m.).
Assets of the company as of December 31, 2006 were KZT5,478.4 m.,
whereas at the end of 2005 this indicator was equal to KZT4,700.0 m.
Equity capital of the company at the end of 2006 was KZT1,711.9 m.,
having grown by KZT276.0 m. during the year (KZT1,435.9 m.). At that,
authorized capital was unchanged and as at December 31, 2006 was
estimated at KZT1,300.2 m.
