Credit partnership ORDA credit LLP (Kazakhstan) informed of the second coupon payment on its KZ2C0Y03C312 (ORDKb1) bonds

/KASE, May 3, 07/ - Credit partnership ORDA credit JSC (Shymkent) informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter of the fact that on April 24, 2007 the company paid the second coupon to holders of its KZ2C0Y03C312 issue bonds (KASE's official "B" listing category, ORDKb1; KZT1,000; KZT500.0 m.; October 24, 06 - October 24, 09; quarter coupon 12.00% APR, 30/360). The issuer says the total amount of the accounted coupon made KZT11,280,120.00. Out of that amount KZT10,764,879.00 were paid to holders. The amount of income tax, deducted at the source of the payment, made KZT515,241.00. According to the message by register fixation date (April 23, 07) total of 376,004 (75.2%) of the registered bonds of this issue were in circulation.
