/KASE, April 27, 07/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated April 26 of 2007 bonds KZPC2Y03C346 (KZT1,000; KZT2.0 bn; 3 years; semi annual coupon 8.3% APR for the first coupon period, further - floating, depending on inflation rate; 30/360) of AZIA AVTO JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk) have been included in KASE's official "A" listing category under ASAVb2 symbol. Date, on which the decision will take effect, will be announced later after the issuer pays the listing fees for these securities. It will be announced additionally about opening of trades on KASE as well. Financial consultant of the issuer while introducing the bonds to the organized market acts Kazkommert Securities JSC (daughter organization of Kazkommertsbank JSC) (Almaty). The pointed issue of bonds is the second in the frames of first bonds' program of AZIA AVTO JSC, registered by Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) on November 23, 2006 for the total amount KZT3.0 bn.
