KZP1C49860014 (ASAV) common shares of AZIA AVTO JSC (Kazakhstan) have passed through the listing procedure on KASE under "A" category

/KASE, April 27, 07/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated April 26 of 2007 common shares KZP1C49860014 of AZIA AVTO JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk) have been included in KASE's official "A" listing category under ASAV symbol. Date, on which the decision will take effect, will be announced later after the issuer pays the listing fees for these securities. It will be announced additionally about opening of trades on KASE as well. The first issue of shares of the company was registered by National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on September 12, 2003 and consisted from 100 common shares. On June 17, 2005 by agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations were registered changes in the prospect of issue of shares of AZIA AVTO JSC in accordance to which the amount of announced common shares made 100,000 copies (including shares of the previous issue), preferred - 1,000 copies. The issue was included into State register of securities under А4986. As of January 1, 2007 all common shares of AZIA AVTO JSC were offered, preferred shares were not offered. According to the charter of the company the decision about dividends payment on its common shares is accepting by the Board of directors of the company and confirming by the general meeting of shareholders of the company. Company Registrator JSC (Almaty) maintains company's register system of shareholders. Kazkommerts Securities JSC (daughter organization of Kazkommertsbank JSC) (Almaty) acts as financial consultant of the issuer while introduction of its shares to the organized market.
