/KASE, April 25, 07/ - Credit partnership ORDA credit LLP (Shymkent, further - the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list had informed KASE that on May 12, 2007 at 11:00 takes place the prescheduled general meeting of its participants with the following agenda: - Distribution of the income for the previous years; - Distribution of income for the first quarter of year 2007; - Selling o the big stake of authorized capital to the new participant; - Increasing of authorized capital; - Confirmation of internal rules in the new edition.
