/KASE, April 19, 07/ - EKOTON+ JSC (Astana), being the listing company of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations (AFS) about confirmation of the report about results of offering of EKOTON+ JSC's shares dated December 11, 2006. The issue of shares is divided into 112,500 common shares KZ1C48620013 and is included into state register of securities under number A4862. According to notification of AFS as of October 1, 2006 93,500 common shares were offered, 19,000 were not offered. Authorized capital is formed in size of KZT935,000,000. [2007-04-19]
