Representative of holders of mortgage bonds KZ2CKY10A986 (KASE's
official list of "A" category, KZIKb3; KZT1, KZT4.5 bn.; December 1, 03 -
April 1, 14, semi-annual coupon, indexed on inflation rate, 9.50% APR
for the reporting period) of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty,
further - Company) informed holders of the above mentioned bonds of
the status of the pledge.
By the message of the Representative of holders, according to the pledge
register of mortgage certificates on bonds KZ2CKY10A986, the status of the
pledged property totaled KZT4,541,253,832.03 as of April 1, 2007, which
goes with requirements of the prospect of the given securities issue.
