"Kazakhmys PLC" - completion of the offering
April 11 2007
Kazakhmys PLC (the Company or Kazakhmys) claims that Mr. Young Cu
Chang informed the company of his intention to put for sale up to 21,056,314
existing common shares of the Company with the minimal face value at 20
pence, which is about 4.5% issued shareholders capital of the Company,
and all rest shares belong to Mr. Chang ("the offering").
The offering will be executed via the rapid procedure of registration of bids
for purchasing. The company Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited
("Credit Suisse") was appointed the Organizer of the offering (the leading
broker).
Bids for purchasing of the offered shares can be submitted without delay.
Expectedly, results of the offering will be announced at the first opportunity
after closing the day of submission of bids for offering. Credit Suisse
determines submission terms for bids.
