was accepted into membership of the Emerging Markets Private Equity
Association (EMPEA).
EMPEA was established in 2004. It includes institutional and private
investors, working mainly on developing markets in the field of venture
capital and direct investments. It is a part of the task of EMPEA to encourage
creating favorable investments climate on the world developing markets and
propose importance of the private capital for development of developing
countries' economy.
Marat Khaidarov, the Managing directors of Centras Capital says, "This
membership appears the important step for our Group to form and develop
