/KASE, April 3, 07/ - As it was reported before, by the decision of the
Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated March 29, 2007
KZ2C0Y03C411 bonds (KZT1,000; KZT1.0 bn.; April 3, 07 - April 3, 10,
inflation-indexed semi-annual coupon, 13.0% APR for the first circulation
year, 30/360) of Asia-Elektrik JSC (Taldykorgan) are included in KASE's
official "B" listing category under symbol TMLZb1.
The specified decision has taken effect since April 3, 2007, as the issuer
paid KASE's listing fee on these securities.
Trades with the specified bonds on KASE will be announced later.
BCC Invest JSC (Almaty) - the daughter organization of Bank CenterCredit
JSC (Almaty) - acts as the financial consultant of the issuer during
introduction of its bonds to the financial market.
