/KASE, April 2, 07/ - As it was informed earlier, by decision of the Exchange
Council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) dated March 29, 2007
KZ2C0Y05C465 bonds (KZT1,000; KZT500.0 m.; April 3, 07 - April 3, 12,
semi-annual coupon, indexed on inflation rate, 11.0% APR for the first three
year, 30/360) of Temirleasing JSC (Almaty) have been included in KASE's
official "BA" listing category under symbol TMLZb1.
The specified decision has taken effect since April 2, 2007, as the issuer
paid KASE's listing fee on these securities.
Trades with the specified bonds on KASE will be announced later.
The First Broker House JSC (Almaty) acts as the financial consultant of the
issuer during introduction of its bonds on the financial market.
