AFS has registered bonds KZPC1M12C490 of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, March 26, 07/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has provided KASE with the copy of certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations (AFS) dated March 11, 2007 about the state registration of the company's first issue of bonds within the company's third bond program. In accordance with the certificate, the issue volume is KZT5.0 bn. at face value of the security of KZT1. The issue was divided into 5.0 bn. unsecured discount bonds, which were conferred the national identification number KZPC1M12C490. The issue was included into the State register of securities under C49-1 number. The third bond program of the company was registered by AFS on March 11, 2007 for a total of KZT50.0 bn. [2007-03-26]
