Kazakhstan Bank of Development JSC informed about opening of financing of the project of cellular concrete production in Aktobe city

/KASE, March 13, 07/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had spread the press-release with the following contention: Quotation begin Kazakhstan Bank of Development (entering to the group of companies Kazyna) will extract more than 12 m. US dollars on reconstruction of the ferroconcrete items plant with organization of the production of cellular concrete* in Aktobe city. By the project it is supposed the issuing of cellular concrete with volume of [production 103.6 th. cubic meters (with the projected power of the plant 150 th. cubic meters). It is planning that on the plant will be produced internal and external heat-concretes, also the insulating boards of various sizes. The organizer of the project is AktobeStroy Industriya JSC. The building of the plant is supposing on the territory of the acting enterprise, having the full set of engineering communications, however the widening of production needs the reconstruction of electric provision, railway blind alley, system of heating and other. The organization of cellular concrete production in Aktobe will let to decrease the dependence of Western region of Kazakhstan from deliveries of building material from Russian Federation. The supplier of the equipment to the reconstructed plant will become the German firm MASA-Henke Maschinenfabrik GmbH. On the purchasing equipment (line of cellular concrete production) it is planning to issue the products, corresponding to world standards. The certifying of the ready products will be conducted as far as it will be issued in accordance with international ISO quality standards. It is not the first project of Bank in the area of development of cellular concrete production in RK. On September 1, 2004 in Astana was putting into action the plant of issuing the goods of house-building from cellular concrete Ekoton+ JSC, the borrowing costs of DBK made 6,040,000 US dollars. On the state level the given Project corresponds the Program of building materials, goods and constructions industry development in RK for years 2005-2014, Plan of measurements for realization of State program of housing construction development in RK for years 2005-2007 and also the main priorities of Strategy of industrial-innovative development of Republic of Kazakhstan for years 2003-2015.
