of holders of KZ2CKY23B672 infrastructure bonds (KASE's official list of "A"
category, DTJLb1; KZT1,000.00, KZT30.0 bn.; August 2, 05 - August 2, 28,
semiannual coupon, indexed on inflation rate, 9.5% APR for the second year
of circulation, 30/360) of Dosjan temir joly JSC (DTJ) (Almaty, the
Company), by an official letter informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE)
about conducting the analysis of Company's financial situation as of
January 1, 2007.
The Representative of holders informs that based upon the conducted
analysis of financial report of the Company as of January 1, 2007, the
Company is able to meet its liabilities.
