Oppositely, shares of accumulative pension funds' investment portfolios must be estimated in accordance with the item 9 of the resolution of the Board of AFS dated March 26 2005 # 109 "About confirmation of Rules of estimation of the financial instruments of accumulative pension funds' investment portfolios". As it is summed up from the above table as of February 26 2007, out of all shares, which have been included in the trading list of KASE, common shares of ATFBank JSC and Exploration Extraction KazMunayGas JSC met the requirements of AFS in respect of the active market. KASE draws attention of media representatives that the publication of the above-given information does not confirm the attendance or absence of efficient shares market in Kazakhstan.
