/KASE, February 22, 07/ - By the decision of the Expert Council of the special trading floor of the regional financial center of Almaty (RFCA) dated February 22, 2007 bonds of issues, specified below, of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty), have been included into the official list of the special trading floor of RFCA (category "C") by Statute 1. - KZPC1Y03B142 (KASE's official "A" listing category; KZIKb9; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; March 3, 05 - March 3, 08; semi-annual coupon 4.90% APR; 30/360) under the code aKZIKb9; - KZPC2Y05B145 (KASE's official "A" listing category; KZIKb10; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; March 3, 05 - March 3, 10; semi-annual coupon 5.69% APR; 30/360) under the code aKZIKb10. The mentioned decision took an effect since February 23, 2007. Trades with these bonds on the special trading floor of RFCA will be announced later.
