/KASE, February 19, 06/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated February 19, 2006 KZPC4Y10B547 mortgage bonds
of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) (KZT1; KZT5.0 bn.;
January 15, 07 - January 15, 17, semi-annual coupon, indexed on inflation
rate, 30/360) were included into KASE's official "A" listing category under
KZIKb16 symbol.
Date, on which the mentioned decision of Exchange board will take effect,
will be announced later after the issuer pays the listing fee for these
securities.
Information about opening of trades in the bonds on KASE will also be given
later.
The specified issue of bonds is the fourth within the second bond program of
Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC, registered by the Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market
and financial organizations on March 30, 2005 for a total of KZT20.0 bn., and
the sixteenth issue of the company's bonds, which passed the listing
procedure on KASE.
The issue underwriter is Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty).
