Credit partnership ORDA credit LLP (Kazakhstan) intends to pay dividends for 2006

/KASE, February 13, 07/ - Credit partnership ORDA credit LLP (Shymkent, the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "В" listing category, informed KASE by the official letter about decisions of the annual general meeting of its participants, which took place on January 27, 2007. The report of the Board about results of the company's activity for last year was considered, the financial statements for 2006 were confirmed, as well as issues of the company's development were considered and strategic plans for 2007 were developed at the meeting. Company's participants adopted a decision about spent a part of income, received by totals of 2006, on the payment of dividends on the basis of KZT120.0 per each KZT1,000.0 of the authorized capital. The rest part of income was decided to leave for the company's disposal. The letter says that the payment of dividends for 2006 was started on February 12, 2007. [2007-02-13]
