/Statistics Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan, February 8, 07/ - In January 2007 in average for republic price of one square meter of new habitation made KZT131 th. and compared to January 2006 increased by 38.8%, price of re-selling of comfortable habitation, correspondingly - KZT100.9 th. and by 62.8%, of renting of comfortable habitation - KZT655 per square meter and by 24.1%.
