/KASE, February 8, 07/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty, further - company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list provided KASE with the copy of order of its sole shareholder - Ministry of finance of Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 1, 2007 #25. According to the named document the sole shareholder of the company accepted the decision to stop before time the authorities of members of Board of directors of the company Yelemesov Askar and Aymanbetova Gulbanu. At the same time to the staff of company's Board of directors was selected Yergozhin Daulet - vice-minister of finance of Republic of Kazakhstan. [2007-02-08]
