Development bank of Kazakhstan JSC informed of signing Memorandum with Nordic Investment Bank - press release

/KASE, January 16, 07/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, spread a press release, which says: Quotation start On January 16, 2007 a meeting of Anar Omarova, a Vice-President of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, with Mr. Harro Pitkanen, a First Vice-President, and Mrs. Mario Harry, a Regional Manager, who represent Nordic Investment Bank (NIB), took place. In the course of the meeting issues of investment policy were discussed, in particular, an opportunity of accordance on commercially valid terms of supplemental financing of mutually beneficial projects. NIB specializes on financing infrastructure projects in such sectors as telecommunication, energy, construction of roads with the participation of the state and private companies.
