/KASE, January 11, 07/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the Company), of which bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has furnished KASE with the extract of the resolution of the Council of directors dated December 15 2006. According to provided information, the Council of directors took a decision to stop authorities of the member of the Board of the company Nurlibek Yermakhanov. Yerbol Yertaev was appointed for the post of the deputy of Chairman of the Board of the Company.
