Quotation beginning By results of activity of NAC Kazatomprom JSC for year 2005 the net income of the company totaled KZT11,922,069.0 (eleven billion nine hundred twenty two million sixty nine) thousands. Net income of the company is distributed by the following way: - KZT11,564,489.0 th. for realization of plans of development of NAC Kazatomprom JSC; - KZT357,580.0 th. for production-technical re-equipment, renewal of depreciated park of generating powers, change of outdated equipment, development of production and infrastructure for stabilization of financial-economic situation and production activity of MAEC- Kazatomprom LLP. Actually for year 2005 in execution of Plan of development of Kazatomprom, confirmed be resolutions of Government and on the basis of Order of Ministry of energy and mineral resources of RK, which is the only shareholder of the company dividends for state shareholding were not charged on. As during every year distribution of net income of NAC Kazatomprom JSC instead of charging the dividends is foreseen the aimed direction on development of production and infrastructure for stabilization of financial-economical situation of MAEC-Kazatomprom LLP. NAC Kazatomprom JSC is the national operator of Kazakhstan of export of uranium and other materials of double purpose. 100% of shares of the company belong to state in face of Ministry of energy and mineral resources of Republic of Kazakhstan.
