/KASE, January 5, 07/ - Astana-Nedvizhimost JSC (Astana), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, has presented to KASE an extract from the minutes of the conference of its Board of directors dated December 18, 2006. According to the presented document the company's Board of directors took the decision on purchasing 70% stake in the authorized capital of Akzhaiyk- Nedvizhimost LLP for a total of KZT5.0 m. from Astana-Finance JSC.
