In 2006 volume of GS purchase and sale transactions on KASE has reached KZT837.1 bn. and increased by 32.5%

/IRBIS, Ruslan Dzyubaylo, January 3, 07/ - In 2006, volume of government securities (GS) purchase and sale transactions made on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), including bonds of domestic executive bodies, made KZT837.1 bn. ($6,621.5 m.) and increased by 32.5% relative to 2005 (by 39.3% in dollar expression). In the whole 2005 the volume of corresponding transactions on GS on KASE did not exceeded KZT631.8 bn. ($4,754.2 m.).
