/IRBIS, Ruslan Dzyubaylo, November 22, 06/ - ASTEL JSC (Almaty) within
listing requirements, has presented to Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE)
the financial statements for 9 months of year 2006.
According to the presented data, in the indicated period the company got
net income at KZT538.4 m.
According to data of ASTEL JSC income from sale of ready products and
services within the period of January-September of year 2006 totaled
KZT2,603.9 m. at its prime costs at KZT1,698.7 m.
Assets of the company as of September 30, 2006 totaled KZT2,886.3 m. in
comparison with KZT1,773.6 m. as of December 31, 2005.
Shareholders' equity of the company as of September 30, 2006 reached
KZT1,612.9 m., compared to KZT923.5 m. by the end of year 2005.
Authorized capital increased from KZT75.0 m. as of beginning of the year
to KZT226.0 m. for the pointed date.
