"To the composition of Kazakhstan holding of state assets' management Samruk JSC in accordance with the government of Republic of Kazakhstan #1020 dated October 24, 2006 will be delivered 17 companies", - informed on Friday to the agency Interfax-Kazakhstan in the press-service of the holding. So to the Samruk will be delivered joint stock companies KazKuat (state shareholding - 100%), Ekibastuz energy center (100%), Kazakh research institute of energy named after academician Sh.Ch. Chokin (50%), Buhtarma hydro electric power station (90%), Kazakhstan operator of the market of electric energy and power (100%), Shulbinskaya hydro electric power station (89.99%), Astanaenergoservice (61.72%), Air Astana (51%), Mangistau distributing electric networking company (94.25%), National nautical shipping company Kazmortransflot (50%), National company Kazakhstan Engineering (100%), Maykainzoloto (25%), Airport Pavlodar (100%), International airport Aktobe (100%), International airport Astana (100%), Akbakayskiy mining and smelting combine (33%). "On the meeting on Friday with acting as executive director - chairman of administration of Kazakhstan holding of state assets management Samruk JSC Sauat Mynbayev with the participation of representatives of interested state bodies of administration and administrators of extra delivering companies to the composition of named JSC were discussed the organizational questions of maintenance of delivering of state shareholdings, pointed in the resolution of the government, to the authorized capital of holding Samruk", - stressed in the press-service. At the present time by the committee of state property and privatization of ministry of finance of republic in accordance with requirements of the legislation is conducting the independent evaluation of the state shareholdings, which is planned to finish during the month. During the evaluation finishing will be made the corresponding procedures and edited the needed documents of increasing the announced authorized capital of holding Samruk, its payment of state shareholdings of the joint tock companies mentioned above and registration of emission of shares. At the given stage in the composition of holding there are five companies:Kazakhtelecom JSC, Kazpochta JSC, KEGOC JSC, NC KazMunayGas JSC (oil and gas extracting) and NC Kazakhstan temir joly JSC (KTJ, railway).
