Within the first 10 months of 2006 volume of repo transactions on KASE reached KZT11,136.7 bn. and grew by 63.0%

/IRBIS, Valeriy Khegay, November 1, 06/ - Within the first ten months of 2006 volume of repo transactions made on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) reached KZT11,136.7 bn. ($88,899.4 m.) and compared to similar period of last year increased by 63.0% (by 72.8% in dollar terms). In 2005 volume of transactions on KASE totaled KZT8, 090.4 bn. ($60,848.2 m.).
