Kazyna JSC had spread today the press-release with the following contention:

In the end of October in Astana in the Fund of stable development Kazyna
JSC had taken place the meeting of Administration of the fund during which
were made changes in the staffs of Board of directors and Administration of
Bank of Development of Kazakhstan JSC, National Innovation fund,
Investment fund of Kazakhstan and State insurance company of export
credits and investments insurance.
As it was already informed, in the middle of October it had finished the
process of transferring of state 100%-ge shareholdings of all institutions of
development to the authority of Kazyna JSC, and according to the corporate
politics, conducted by the fund, were made changes in corporate structures
of institutions of development. Again selected chairmen of Board of directors
of institutions of development are the executive directors, representing the
fund Kazyna in all institutions of development.
In particular the new Board of directors of Bank of development of
Kazakhstan is selected, to which had entered Askar Batalov - vice-minister
of industry and trade of RK, Kayrat Kelimbetov - Chairman of Administration
of Kazyna JSC, Aset Isekshenov - deputy Chairman of Administration of
Kazyna JSC, Askar Sembin - President of Bank of Development of
Kazakhstan JSC, Bolat Palymbetov - vice-minister of economics and budget
planning of RK, Serik Akhanov - Chairman of Association of financiers of
Kazakhstan, Abay Alpamysov - managing director of Kazyna JSC. As the
Chairman of Board of directors of Bank of Development of Kazakhstan was
selected Kelimbetov K.N. As President of Bank of Development of
Kazakhstan JSC was selected Sembin A.B.
The changes in the management of BDK had taken place. Since November
1 of the current year as the vice presidents of Bank are appointed Zhanat
Zhakanov and Anar Omarova. Vice presidents Alexander Andryushenko and
Erzhan Tadzhiyakov are dismissing by the own desire, and vice president
Nurlan Niyetbayev is transferred to State corporation of the insurance of
export operations and credits.
Were stopped the authorities of members of Board of directors of Bank of
Development of Kazakhstan - Yerbol Orynbayev, deputy Head of
Administration of President of RK, Askar Yelemesov - vice minister of fiance
of RK, Sergey Kulagin - Akim of Kustanay oblast.
To National innovation fund JSC was selected the new Board of directors to
the staff of which had entered: Azamat Abdymomunov - vice minister of
education and science of RK, Bakit Yerzhanov - director of Department of
innovative development of Ministry of industry and trade of RK, Aset
Isekeshev - deputy chairman of administration of Kazyna, Gosman Amrin -
adviser of Chairman of Administration of Kazyna, Hurbek Rayev - chairman
of administration of National innovation fund JSC. As the Chairman of Board
of directors of National innovation fund was elected Isekeshev A.O.
Also was selected the new Administration of National innovation fund JSC
with Chairman of Administration Nurbek Rayev at the head. In particular the
deputies of Chairman of Administration were selected Borisbiy Zhanzugarov
and Arman Moldakhmetov. Also as the members of corporate development
were selected: Marat Aytenov - director of Department of corporate
development, Gulmayra Duysenbayeva - director of representative office of
NIF JSC in Astana. Were stopped the authorities of members of Board of
directors of National innovation fund JSC Kayrat Aytekenov and Azamat Oynarov.
As we already informed the Board of directors of Investment fund of
Kazakhstan JSC was headed by Maksat Kabashev, earlier managing
director of Kazyna JSC. The Chairman of Administration ahd left Zeinulla
Kakimzhanov, as his deputies were selected Mukan Sagindikov and Talgat
Kukenov, who are also members of Administration of the JSC. To the staff of
Administration of Investment fund of Kazakhstan JSC were extra selected
Timur Zhakselekov, Askhat Akhmetov and Aydos Zheksenbay.
In the State insurance corporation of insurance of export credits and
investments JSC were before hand stopped the authorities of Yerbol
Zhamanbayev - deputy Chairman of Administration of SIC JSC based upon
his application.
