/KASE, October 20, 06/ - ASIA SUGAR JSC (Almaty, the company), common shares of which have been included in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, provided KASE with the copy of decision of its sole shareholder - Zangar Invest Group JSC (Almaty) dated September 1, 2006. According to the presented document, company's only shareholder has taken the following decisions: - to approve company's financial statements for 2005; - not to pay dividends on company's common shares for 2005; - to spend the net income, received by the company for 2005, on its further development.
