Changes in the staff of the Board of Directors of TSESNABANK JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, October 17, 06/ - Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE by the official letter that by the decision of bank's Board of directors dated October 5, 2006 authorities of K. Kozhakhmetov, the Chairman of the Board of Tsesnabank JSC, and S. Dzhaksybekov, the Chairman of bank's Board of directors, were terminated. By the same decision D. Zhaksybek was elected the acting Chairman of the Board, K. Kozhakhmetov was elected the acting Chairman of the Board of directors. [2006-10-17]
