within listing requirements, has presented to Kazakhstan stock exchange
(KASE) the audited consolidated preliminary financial statements for
year 2005. Audit of the company's financial statements was conducted
by KPMG Janat LLC (Almaty) in accordance with international standards
of audit. Indicator for similar period of 2004 is given in parentheses.
According to the vested data, net income of the company for mentioned
period totaled KZT5,534.7 m., while by the totals of year 2004 company
received net income in size of KZT1,829.5 m.
According to data of Mining and smelting concern Kazakhaltyn JSC, income
from sale of ready products (goods, services, works) for last year made
KZT50,567.5 m. (KZT36,849.3 m.) while charges on the cost price were
KZT31,806.5 m. (KZT23,738.2 m.)
Assets of company as of December 31, 2005 made KZT105,829.9 m. while
at the beginnig of year this indicator was equal to KZT69,003.2 m.
Shareholders' equity of the company as of end of year 2005 reached
KZT61,324.6 m. (KZT55,480.5 m.). Authorized capital had increased for
the reported period by KZT4,473.1 m. and is estimated as of end of year
at KZT7,896.4 m. (KZT3,423.3 m.).
