/KASE, October 12, 06/ - ASIA SUGAR JSC (Almaty),of which common shares have been included in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official securities list under "B" category, has notified KASE by the official letter that by the decision of the single shareholder of Zangar Invest Group JSC authorities of one of the members of Council of directors R. Rafikov were stopped. By the same decision N. Jakishev was elected the independent member of Council of directors of the company. [2006-10-12]
