/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Astana, October 10, 06, title IRBIS/ - The prime minister of Kazakhstan Danial Akhmetov on the meeting of government on Tuesday in Astana had demanded from the heads of corresponding state departments during the week to finish the process of transferring the state shares and assets of 5 national companies to the authorized capital of Kazakhstan holding of state assets management Samruk JSC. "I do not understand why the number of ministries delay the question of transferring assets of national companies to Samruk? Had transferred the part - so transfer the others national companies. I demand that during the week the needed documents were included on signing and assets of 5 national companies were transferred!" - the prime minister addressed to heads of ministries and departments. At that he noted, that the question of transferring the assets of national companies to state holding Samruk was discussed on Tuesday morning on the meeting under presidency of president of country Nursultan Nazarbayev. Except this, D.Akhmetov charged the ministry of finances of republic to transfer to the authorized capital of state Fund of stable development Kazyna (Kazna) JSC the assets of state bank of development of Kazakhstan (BDK). "Why assets of bank of development still do not transfer to the fund Kazyna? - the prime minister was indignant. - Its head (Kayrat) Kelimbetov announces that BDK is not transferring to Kazyna almost because of government!" "Today till the end of day include the needed document - this question have to be dismissed immediately!" - the prime minister demanded. As it was informed the decree about creation of state holding Samruk the president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev had signed in the end of January of this year. The government determined five national companies, state stakes of which at the initial stage have to be transferred to management of holding: Kazakhtelecom JSC, Kazpochta JSC, company of electrical networks management KEGOC, oil and gas company NC KazMunayGas JSC and national railway company Kazakhstan temir joly JSC (KTJ). Kazpochta, KEGOC, KazMunayGas and KTJ are wholly state companies. The state shareholding in Kazakhtelecom totals 55.6% which are transferred to Samruk. [2006-10-11]
