/KASE, October 10, 06/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that coupon rate on its KZ2CKY10A853 issue mortgage bonds (KZIKb2; KZT1, KZT2.4 bn.; August 11, 03 - October 1, 13, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 30/360), for the period from October 10, 2006 to April 10, 2007 has been set at 7.50% APR, i.e. at the rate of its upper limit provided by bonds issue specification. In the previous coupon period the rate on bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC was 10.70% APR. In the second coupon period, which ended on April 9 of 2006, the rate of KZIKb12 was also 7.50% APR.
