/KASE, October 10, 06/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) by the official letter informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) that on October 10, 2006 the company made the third coupon payments to holders of its mortgage bonds of the following issues: - KZPC1Y10B543 (KZIKb11; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; April 10, 05 - April 10, 15, semi-annual coupon 6.90% APR) for the total of KZT136,275,000; - KZPC2Y12B547 (KZIKb12; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; April 10, 05 - April 10, 17, semi-annual coupon, indexed on inflation rate, 7.50% APR for the reporting period) for the total of KZT187,500,000. Based on the above amounts of coupon payments by the register fixation date (October 9, 06) 79.0% of the registered bonds of KZPC1Y10B543 issue and all registered bonds of KZPC2Y12B547 issue were in circulation.
