AFS registered the 2nd bond issue of KZATSI JSC (Kazakhstan) in the frames of first bonds' program

/KASE,, October 10, 06/ - Karaganda plant of asbestos-cement goods JSC (Almaty, further - KZATSI JSC), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, provided KASE with copy of certificate issued by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (AFS) dated September 19 2006 about state registration of the company's second bonds issue in the limits of its first bonds' program. According to the provided document the issue volume is KZT1,500.0 m. while security's face value is KZT1.00. The issue has been divided into 1,500.0 m. coupon unsecured bonds, which have been assigned KZPC2Y05B806 national identification number. The issue has been included in the State securities register under B80-2 number.
