NAC KAZATOMPROM JSC informed about the 9th coupon payment on its KZ2CKY05A523 (KZAPb1) issue bonds

/KASE, October 2, 06/ - NAC Kazatomprom JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that on October 2, 2006 the company paid the ninth coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY05A523 issue bonds indexed on tenge against dollar devaluation (KASE's official "А" listing category; KZAPb1; KZT100, KZT2.3 bn.; April 1, 02 - April 1, 07, semi-annual coupon 8.50% APR). According to the issuer, the amount of the payment totaled KZT59,963,342.30, the amount of income tax deductible from the source of the payment - KZT142,102.48. Actually after deduction of income tax KZT59,821,239.82 were paid to bonds holders. Based on the mentioned amount of the payment, 73.5% of registered bonds were in circulation by register fixation date (September 1, 06). [2006-10-02]
