Within the first 9 months of 2006 volume of foreign currency trades on KASE reached $21,216.4 m. and grew 2.5 times in dollar equivalent

/IRBIS, Sergey Yakovlev, October 2, 06/ - Within the first nine months of 2006 volume of trades in foreign currency held on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) reached the equivalent of USD21,216.4 m. and grew by $12,818.3 m., compared to the similar period of last year or 2.5 times in dollar equivalent. In tenge equivalent the turnover grew 2.4 times.
