/KASE, September 20, 06/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty),
bonds of which are trading in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) лA"
category official list, informed KASE that on September 6 2006 by the Agency
of Republic of Kazakhstan of financial market and financial organizations
supervision (AFS) were registered changes and additions in the prospects of
following issued bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company:
- KZ2CKY05B216 (KZIKb5; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; June 1, 04 - April 1, 09,
semi-annual coupon indexed by inflation rate, 9.29% APR for the current
coupon period);
- KZ2CKY07B220 (KZIKb6; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; June 1, 04 - April 1, 11,
semi0annual coupon indexed by inflation rate, 9,29% APR for the current
coupon period);
- KZ2CKY07B303 (KZIKb7; KZT1, KZT5.5 bn.; June 1, 04 - April 1, 11,
semi-annual coupon indexed by inflation rate, 9,00% APR for the current
coupon period);
- KZ2CKY10B315 (KZIKb8; KZT1, KZT5,000.0 m.; October 1, 04 -
October 1, 14, semi-annual coupon indexed by inflation rate).
- KZPC1Y03B142 (KZIKb9; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; March 1, 05 - March 1, 08,
fixed semi-annual coupon 4.90% APR);
- KZPC2Y05B145 (KZIKb10; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; March 1, 05 - March 1,
10, fixed semi-annual coupon 5,69% APR);
- KZPC2Y12B547 (KZIKb12; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; April 10, 05 - April 10, 17,
semi-annual coupon indexed by inflation rate, 7,50% APR for the current
coupon period).
By the named changes and additions it is stated that presence of banking
entries for the holders of bonds registered in the register of holders of
securities is obligatory.
