Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty, further - Company) (KASE's
official list of "A" category, KZIKb3; KZT1, KZT4.5 bn.; January 1, 03 - April
1, 14, semiannual coupon, indexed on inflation rate, 9.9% APR for the
current period) provided KASE with the document of checking the financial
situation of the Company as of September 1 2006.
In the message of Bank TuranAlem it is said that results of the analysis of
the financial environment of the Company shows that the company is stable
and capable to pay and confirms its ability to meet its obligations on coupon
payment to the holders of KZ2CKY10A986 issue mortgage bonds of the
Company.
