Company on foreign insurance Kazakhinstrakh JSC (Kazakhstan) informed KASE of sale of 269,500 shares of Daughter Company of Kazakhinstrakh on life insurance Halyk-Life JSC

/KASE, September 13, 06/ - Company on foreign insurance Kazakhinstrakh JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the Company), whose shares are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, by the official letter informed KASE that n September 7, 2006 the Company arranged a deal on sale of common shares of Daughter Company of Kazakhinstrakh on life insurance Halyk-Life JSC at the amount of 269,500 units (49.0% out of the total number of the voting shares). Earlier the Company informed of the sale of 51.0% of voting shares of Daughter Company of kazakhinstrakh on life insuance Halyk-Life JSC to Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) in August of the current year. According to the company's information, Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) is the owner of 100% of shares of Daughter Company of Kazakhinstrakh on life insurance Halyk-Life JSC as the outcome of the mentioned deals.
