/KASE, September 12, 06/ - Centras Securities JSC (Almaty), which is a member of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by categories "К", "R" and "N", notified KASE with an official letter of the change of its organizational structure. The Board is the Executive office of the company. D. Zherebyatyev has been elected as the chairman of the Board, Y. Balgarin and M. Khaydarov have been elected as the members of it. In staff of the Board of directors of Centras Securities JSC enter: - Y. Abdrazakov - the Chairman of the Board of directors; - T. Zhylkybayev - the member of the Board of directors; - A.
